Xbox Live Billing Question

I haven't been billed in months. On my account page it shows my live gold status as set to renewal ON. Next to that is a picture of a Gold Subscription Card. The kind you buy at the store and whatnot. I could have sworn it used to be a picture of a credit card. The way I have it set up to pay as month to month via credit card. Was just curious if anyone else has run into this? I ain't complaining! Unless they bill me all at once in a few months or something. My nephew started a new Gamertag and he got a years worth of gold for free with it. Pretty wacky. :/ My question is shouldn't it be a picture of a debit/credit card next to my membership setting instead of a pic of a Gold Subscription Card? So i suggest maybe calling microsoft about the issue before the bill gets to high.
