He's awesome.Splinter Cell Conviction Public Poll [1]
I'm sorta glad they scrapped the 'hobo' look of Sam Fisher, appearance of the main character can really affect it's ratingThe new look make's him look great! :)
I was both sceptical and disappointed with the way the game was shaping up to begin with, but I'm starting to come round. Aslong as Ubi don't clone loads of features from Assassin's Creed maybe it'll turn out better than I thought it would.
He looks great now
he looks OK... not as good as DA but still cool.

The thing i hate though is the changing of voice actor. THEY SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH THE LAST GUY!
I like the new Fisher, people say that he looks younger, but as technology improves, so the detail on character faces, and because they can put so much detail in his face, he is going to look younger than he did in the first Splinter Cell. I like the way the series is progressing too. People may not like how quick Sam can move and the insta-headshot thing (which you don't have to use) but I think it's great because Sam is supposed to be quick and agile. So far if Ubisoftdelivers, Convictions look to be the best Splinter Cell game in everyway possible.

Yes he and the game looks great. Hopefully it will be the best Splinter Cell yet.
The game and his look is great, though I still liked his hobo look...both looks are good though. It would be cool to have him have both looks in the game. As long as he changes his outfit occasionally, between levels, I will be glad.
First, I'd like to say bringing Michael Ironside back as Sam is completely an epic win for everyone. To me, Ironside gave Sam that edge. That you knew Sam was incontrol of the situation just from Ironside's voice alone.Second, Sam's new look is flawless. I agree, I am glad Ubi got rid of the hobo look like Sam was in some downward spiral and didnt care anymore. The fact that Sam looks like he's been keeping in shape, and holding true to his nature as the ultimate spy is what I was hoping for. Its great to see Sam have some of his old flare too.I've been a splinter cell fan since issue 1 and I am very pleased to see the new Sam.''Who said anything about hiding?'' ~Sam Fisher

Before he was a hairy hobo who threw chairs at people. Now he's much better.
Think he looks pretty cool in the most un-gayest way possible ;) Seems like a dangerous kind of guy now, more than he did in DA.
He looks pretty cool but really it doesnt matter what he looks like as long as the game is still awsome which im sure it will be.

It fits the game. That's the important thing. He's trying to find out who killed his daughter and the way he's presented should portray the turmoil of the situation. You wouldn't expect him to be a clean shaven Bond pushing some guys head into a urinal.
