cooling as in a fan or that intercool device that void the warrenty
Turn on the air conditioning.
I live in California and even when its 100+ my 360 is cool to the touch as long as I keep it in an open area and I dont have central heating/air.
I wouldn't worry about 90 degree weather that's like spring weather, here where I'm at it constantly has been breaking a hundred.
I'm from Cali also and the hot weather last summer actually gave me the RROD. My room got so hot that it was consistently 85 degrees+ even when I wasn't home. So now im gonna try to keep it a little cooler...I'd suggest you do the same.
Its never good for any of your electrical equipment to get extremely hot.

The above quote seems to be the more logical solution.

Maybe he doesn't you know have AC or maybe he can't afford to keep it on? Anyway my Xbox 360 survived 115 degree temperatures last summer without getting the RROD but I just played it less.
On hot days i can play my xbox for about an hour before it overheats and i get 2 red lights, could be the heat or means my xbox is about to die :cry:HA
All I can say is to keep the windows open, and keep the Xbox in an open space.

Not everyone has AC.
I'm pretty sure that your 360 should be just fine. But hey! It's summer. Go outside once in a while!! :)
I live in georgia, and it doesn't get as hot as say cali or arizona(it got around 93 today), but we also have extremely high humidity(over 70% today), which i understand isn't nearly as high out there, any who, ive never had a problem with the weather affecting my 360, so im sure you'll be fine wherever you live
