ive been looking at both of these games for a while, wanted to fill my craving for a sword game. I was just wondering if anyone had opinions on the two games.ninja blade or afro samurai?
I played Afro Samurai and it was pretty fun repetetive but fun
have not played ninja bladeninja blade or afro samurai?
well i would say Afro Samurai because the watched the tv series before hand and believed it had a certain type of humor that captured my attention. Now for the game itself it is slightly different but tasteful for a game. Ninja Blade was alright with a main character looking as Ryu from Ninja Gaiden and a button sequence like most popular games Kingdom Hearts 2 and Resident Evil 4, ninja blade was good but to similar. So i would choose Afro Samurai.
i played afro samurai and thought it was a lot of fun (the body part poker was awesome). although i havent played ninja blade, i did play the demo and was not impressed at all. based on that i would recommend afro samurai.
Not impressed at all? G, thats a bit harsh. Hahah oh well to each his own and yeah, it was alright but when the demo was OVER, I was OVER it. =]Well im replying because you said you have a need for the sword? Why not go with the ninja gaiden series? Its challenging, a good lengthy game, and top notch action and gore. Give it a try if youd like.
afro is fun but repetitive. its not worth 40 bucks but is in the mid 20's. ninjablade isnt that great. its really a $20 game. ninja gaiden is were its at for sword play. i saw it at gs for 14 bucks today. its worth it totally.
both are good games you should first pick up afro then ninja blade.
my opinion only
never played ninja blade but i really liked afro samurai
i had alot of fun with both but i liked ninja blade better mainly because of those awesome QTE's.
afro--the closest thing you'll get to a ninja scroll game
