Ipods & Xbox

Hey guys, my brother has a Ipod touch, i believe its a generation two. Will this work if i plug it in to my xbox with a usb and be able to play music through it? If i remeber correctly not all ipods work.Ipods %26amp; Xbox

No I don't think any iPod touches play music, mine didn't.

it used to when they had a update that you good do so but then they came out with another update not allowing ipods not to work on the 360. Its pretty stupid
Wow, I did not know that. I thought all of them worked.
they do work go get the optional media update off the marketplace then they work , that lets ipod specific files work



in i tunes i think its adviseable to click on the ipod itself, look at the options on the page and make sure that disc mode is enabled and the xbox should work fine with it
I know 1st Gen touches work if thats any help. Just make sure you have the optional Media Update on. BUT I think the Copy protected songs dont work (I.e Non Itune Plus downloads
