can i join xbox live with my internet

i have my internet with top speed of 100mbps will i be able to play on live with that speed(example bad company)????



please anwser me i have posted this topic on manny other forums but nobody anwserscan i join xbox live with my internet

That is probably your LAN speed, do a broadband speed test on the internet (speedtest.net)

and if your internet lets you hook up via network cable and it's NOT dialup..yes it will work

but there is another problem i mean i wanted to signin with my profile that i created in my computer(in xboxlive page) but then it sayd:

xboxlive isnt curretly avalible in the local associated with this widnowslive id.Please use a diffrent windowslive id

i checked my internet conection in settings on xbox and it said that there is a problem betwen network and xboxlive

then it sayd that u have to reset your modem to fix it

i am wandering what happens when u reset do u have to meake new connections on computer wtf happens???do u have to reinstall something when u reset it???

i just want to be carfule becouse i am not the computer expert

so please help me

is there any diffrent if u use network cable(the one that was in box with xbox360) or ordnery one like i use for computer???
