are COD4 and GoW 1 still being played on ...

i own COD 4 and 5 on my ps3, which i dont play much since i hate its online undedicated servsers.. but i may just sell those to games to get something new. since i love the multiplayer and wasnt REALLY able to enjoy it, should i get 4 or 5? if anyone knows which one is more active (of course in the normal, ranked/leveling mode) id really appreciate it!also, im playing UT3 atm which is REALLY sad to see that the multiplayer is dead.. im kinda pissed i didnt get it for ps3 now! lol! so im also curious to see if people still play GoW online, since im decideing to either buy or rent it for the single player mode.. so if it IS still active il prob buy it and play it a bit before borrowing a friends GoW 2..thanks in advance!!are COD4 and GoW 1 still being played on ...
i dunno about gears of war, but cod4 definetly, the community has hardly gotten smaller since cod waw, because most people think cod 4 is still beter, including meare COD4 and GoW 1 still being played on ...

Yeah. I mean, people still play Halo 2, so of course there are still people playing CoD4 and Gears 1. In fact, CoD4 is one of the top ten most played games on Live, currently.
CoD 4 is still insanely popular, as is Gears 1... but the latter has reduced to people rolling around with sniper rifles as their only weapon going for headshots, so don't bother with Gears 1.
cod4 has A lot
I still play both CoD 4 and Gears of War but in my opinion Gears of War 2's multiplayer is worse than the 1st one.

Unreal Tournament is a great game regardless of where you play it, but it's definitely one you should play on PC, it's a much more complete package there. It has a bigger community, mods and new maps out every day.
I play CoD4 online all the time... WaW is for nubcakes. CoD4 will never get old
COD 4 is still very alive, WAW sucks.
cod4 for sure still thriving. gears of war i think you could still find a game but i havnt seen anyone on my freinds list playing it for almost 8 months.
Yeah a ton of people still play on both of those. I play COD4 online every now and then, and one of my friends plays Gears online just about every day and he said there's always a lot of people online.

Yeah--- both are still played online but CoD4 has a larger community. ^_^ Gears of Wars 1 is fantastic though; way better than the second one...
